Our take
The Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 is an excellent 4K gaming monitor. The OLED panel delivers perfect blacks and vibrant colors, and the 240Hz refresh rate makes gameplay incredibly smooth. The 0.03ms response time is near-instant. I appreciate the slim bezels and multiple connectivity options, including USB 3.0. The PiP/PbP features are useful for multitasking. The only catch is the 250 cd/m² brightness, which is typical for OLED but could be brighter for HDR. Overall, a top-tier monitor.
